Poyopopo! Noot Noot! I am Pingu! I’m a self taught artist whose goal is to get into concept art and design!Any pronouns!

☆TERMS OF SERVICE

By agreeing to these terms, you agree to follow the rules outlined in ther terms of service.

GENERAL TERMS AND GUIDELINES

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission (With refund) that I don’t believe I can complete, this applies to stopping a commission anytime that I feel is absolutely necessary.

  • Once a commission is accepted, I will begin with a sketch that can be revised/fixed twice, then a coloured sketch that can be revised once. Any requested or additional fixes after the coloured sketch will require a small extra payment that will be discussed

  • I will require CLEAR references of the character, pose, expression and any and all things requested for the commission (Pinterest boards and mood boards are accepted)

  • Communication will be crucial from both parties including me. If I am unable to complete a phrase in a certain time frame, this will be discussed by both parties. Please understand that unexpected scenarios and circumstances can occur anytime, however the commissioner will be notified If the estimated time of completion needs to be extended.

  • All commissions accepted are only for personal use. If by any means the commission is intended for commercial purposes, we may discuss a more appropriate pricing.

  • Scamming or forcing me to accept a commission that I have already stated I cannot, will result in a permanent block and blacklist.

  • Commissions completed in a certain deadline should be informed immediately when contacting me. If you wish to have something completed by a certain time period, I will let you know if it’s possible.

  • Paypal is currently the only form of payments I accept. However If i am interested in certain in game currencies, gift cards or subscriptions, that is fine too.

  • Refunds are not accepted after the completion of a commission

  • I will post works on my socials so please notify me beforehand if you would not like it posted

I am not very active on discord so please contact me via email or Social dms (Insta, twitter…) Once I respond, please provide details beforehand with a filled out order form that you can find below.Deadlines or expected time frame of completion you can expect can be up to a week or a month or two, you will be informed if I can complete it at an earlier or later time.Please make sure to provide necessary links and reference pictures/descriptions of the commission.For customs, visual aids are much appreciated – detailed descriptions or pinterest boards are preferred.Prices increase with different coloring levels, rendering and complexity of the piece. Additional prices for other types of commission (eg. sketch) will be shown below ‘Commission info’Payment is in 50/50 → First half after coloured Sketch, Second half after render and completionCompleted Commissions will be sent via emailed for high quality PNG. Progress screenshots will be sent if requested.
